How to Participate

How to Apply

Our online application system is secure, user-friendly, and lets you save your progress, so you can return to it later. To get started:

Register: Follow the registration link to create your participant profile.
Submit: Fill out the submission form for each solution you are entering. If you are submitting multiple solutions, each one requires a separate form.

In your submission form, please:

Describe your solution functionally.
Include a pitch deck, images, and/or a video highlighting its features, results, or advantages.
Answer all questions in the form. Only submissions with a functional prototype or proof of concept will advance; ideas alone will not be considered.

To compete in the ST Innovation Challenge, Smart Clothing Challenge, and The VIVE XR Healthcare Challenge, answer “Yes” to the relevant questions in the “Special Prizes” section of the submission forms and provide all required details. European contestants are automatically included in the EBV Innovation Hero.

After the submission phase closes, panel of tech experts will review entries and select finalists for the Pitch and Award Ceremonies.
