ComplianceMate is a cloud based Food Safety monitoring company which, as part of its service, monitors coolers within food service establishments to ensure inventory is held at a safe temperature all hours of the day. A temperature breach, either too warm or cold, will set off a variety of alerts to store staff, regional and corporate managers etc., potentially saving thousands of dollars of food from having to be disposed of and ensuring that consumers are protected from eating “tainted” product(s) thereby reducing the risk of a food borne illness.

The sensor is a 915MHz (868MHz for Europe) temperature/humidity sensor that successfully transmits in the environmentally challenged food service establishment. The compact packaging of the sensor allows for easy placement in coolers without risk of jeopardizing transmission of information packets to the gateway and subsequently our data center. It provides additional controls and security to ensure the system operates continuously.
