Building up on the success of the last two years, the Innovation World Cup Series is very pleased to announce the extended partnership with Swisscom and Ericsson as title sponsors of the IoT / M2M Innovation World Cup (formerly M2M Challenge). With a special session at the m2m Forum in Milan, Italy, the IoT / M2M Innovation World Cup, in cooperation with sponsors and partners, first and foremost title sponsors Swisscom and Ericsson, opened it database seeking revolutionary IoT / M2M solutions in the categories of Industry 4.0, Mobility, Energy, Security, Healthcare, and Connected Home.

From 20 May to 15 November 2014, innovators and developers from all around the world are invited to submit – free of charge – innovative IoT / M2M solutions that have the potential to become real marketable products in the categories of Industry 4.0, Mobility, Energy, Security, Healthcare, and Connected Home.
In presence a large audience of national and international experts at the m2m Forum in Milan, a leading international conference and exposition in the field of machine-to-machine communications and Internet of Things, the Innovation World Cup Series had given the starting signal for the next edition of the leading IoT / M2M award worldwide.
The finalists and winners will be evaluated by an international panel of experts on criteria including innovative character, business potential and usability. At the official award ceremony in March 2015 the Innovator of the Year and the Winners of each category will be presented.
