The EBV IoT Hero is EBV Elektronik‘s initiative to support techpreneurs all over Europe. EBV is Europe’s largest semiconductor distributor, supporting IoT start-ups in successfully realizing their products and entering the market. More than six hundred start-ups, scale-ups and ground-breaking SMEs entered their IoT solutions in the 12th IOT/WT Innovation World Cup® – the catalyst of future innovations in the Internet of Things – and the European ones were included in the 4th EBV IOT HERO Award.
The top4 European Start-ups of the 4th EBV IOT HERO Award are (in alphabetical order):

On 28 April 2021 at 16:00 CET, they will present their innovative solutions live in front of the international jury and exciting tech audiences at the digital 39th WT|Wearable Technologies Conference EUROPE.
The winner of the EBV IoT HERO powered by EBV Elektronik will benefit from:
- Collaboration with EBV’s StartmeUp team, dedicated to support start-up companies including engineering, sourcing, and logistics
- A cash prize of 10,000 Euro
